This document also incorporates a small number of the replies provided to questions raised in the regular Q & A’s, where the Department considers that they should be incorporated into the Operating Rules.

This is the consolidated and updated version of the LEADER Operating Rules Rural Development Programme Ireland 2014 – 2020.
This is a consolidation of the rules – not a revision – which incorporates the Circulars that have issued since the LEADER 2014-2020 Programme was launched. This document also incorporates a small number of the replies provided to questions raised in the regular Q & A’s where the Department considers that they should be incorporated into the Operating Rules. It should be noted that most of the Q & A replies refer to interpretation of the LEADER programme requirements and do not require changes to the Operating Rules.
