This document is the Service Level Agreement between (“the Parties”) Waterford Local Community Development Committee (Local Action Group – LAG) & Waterford City & County Council (Financial Partner -FP) & Waterford Leader Partnership Company Ltd. (Implementing Partner – IP).
The LAG has entered the Agreement with the Department, the IP and FP for the delivery of the programme. Section 4.1 outlines the roles of each partner.
